Yidu (International Holdings) (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) announced that the indirect subsidiary of Black Bull Foods Kunshan Guoxian intends to acquire all of its two indirect subsidiaries, Xin Guan and Guan Jing, from Kunshan Guoxin. Or partial equity.

The announcement shows that as of the date of this announcement, Xinguan, Guanjing and Kunshan Guoxian respectively hold 30.40%, 13.47% and 51.20% equity interests in Kunshan Visionox. Kunshan Visionox showed that the remaining 4.93% equity was held by an independent third party.

Kunshan Visionox is displayed as an affiliate of the Group. In recent years, Kunshan Visionox has transferred its business of developing, manufacturing and selling organic light emitting display products to Kunshan Visionox Technology, another joint venture company of the Group. Kunshan Visionox Display and its subsidiaries currently own certain proprietary technologies, patents and trademarks.
